Holy smokes – clinic #3 was here and gone before we knew what hit us.  Thank you so much Doctor and Mrs D for joining us!  We’re looking to fill our next clinic which is in three short weeks (December 3rd) and then it will likely be monthly until there is so much demand that we need to do it twice monthly.

With a new doctor comes new procedures and possibilities!  For those who do not have medical records, for an additional $100 fee you can schedule an additional 15 minute appointment and see the doctor, then have your doctor’s visit to get your Attending Physicians Statement signed.  Your total for the day would be $225 if you are one of the first 20 on December 3rd.  Believe me, you’ll be happy with your visit, Dr D is a wonderful doctor.  In January prices will increase to $135 and $160 to help cover our travel and boarding costs of this new doctor.  This of course is separate from the state fees which range from $20 – $250 depending on your circumstance.  Those fees, effective 1 October 2013, are listed HERE.
