There are several of you who need to get me your records.  You don’t know it yet, but you want to see the doctor on Tuesday, December 3rd, you must be pre-approved. If you have Chart Notes from the last year or two, call and come in or make an appointment to come in and sign a records request so we can fax it.  If you have already submitted a records request, I am NOT talking about you.  In fact, I am delighted to say that we requested one today … and got the 16 pages back in a matter of an hour or two.  I was so pleased!  To the sweet, effIcient person who did that, THANK YOU!  For the other five or so I’m waiting on, I’ll call the offices tomorrow and see if I can encourage them.  We have been very successful in getting records, it has been a real blessing.

Speaking of blessings, we have a new doctor on board who is committed to helping patients get well.  You will be so glad you have come to the world of wellness.  All of the patients have been amazed at the 15 minutes they spent with the doctor, most of them went on to say it was the best doctor visit they have experienced.  That says a lot.

This month … To see the doctor, it is $125 for the first 20 patients, $150 for the rest.  Next month prices go up $10 per patient to cover the costs of bringing the doctor to town.  That’s fair, that’s what it costs.  He can’t write off the mileage on taxes because he’s traveling to his job, just as your daily trip to work is not a write off.
